Building a new home and I chose Carpets Plus to do my floors of LVP. They did an amazing job, was great with their clean up, and was very good with Communication and being on a timely schedule. Mickey was great with a follow up call to make sure there was no problems and that I was happy with everything. Great company!!!!

This is our second time using Carpets Plus and we were so happy with our experiences both times! Danny was so helpful when I went in last year and spent several visits looking at carpet options. Fast forward to this year, and we needed new carpet again. I immediately called Danny and he was quick to respond, answer questions, and get us scheduled for install. Working with Mickey and Danny of Carpets Plus of Raleigh was such a pleasure. We had luxury vinyl tile installed throughout our downstairs and wall to wall carpeting all through the upstairs. I had some carpet installed 4 years ago by Carpets plus. Their initial install was fantastic too. There was a problem that started to happen with the carpet in my bedroom and Mickey tried several different steps before finally agreeing to replace the carpet at no charge to me - 4 years later. His carpet installers Felix and Jose, father and son, were fabulous. So courteous and excellent! I HIGHLY recommend Carpets Plus of Raleigh. You won’t be sorry!!

We are thrilled with our new carpet and our sales/installation experience with Mickey & his team. Mickey offered a fair price right off the bat - no need to haggle. He was also very understanding with my laundry list of questions! The installation went very smoothly, and quickly - due to weather conditions, they were even able to come out on a Saturday to make sure we had our new carpet in time for the holidays. First time buying carpet for my home. Mickey was great to work with, went over numerous options for us to choose from. When the installers came to my house on the day of install they did a great job! I had over 2000 sq. ft. of carpet they installed and it looked beautiful once completed. Felix and his team of installers were very careful in my house when working and with our furniture, etc. I could not of asked for a better experience with this, very pleased and would recommend Mickey and his team to anyone!
